Overview

FORTHEHOURS offers a comprehensive 14-day risk-free trial and a three-year warranty on all our timepieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn watch in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

14-Day Risk-Free Trial Terms

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery date
  • Watches must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition
  • Original packaging and documentation must be included
  • Items showing wear, alterations, or damage are ineligible
  • Custom orders and customized watches are ineligible
  • Limited to one return per order

Important Notes

  • FORTHEHOURS is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • We offer exchanges or replacement shipments only (no refunds for lost transit)
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No returns can be processed while items are in transit

Return Shipping Coverage

We will cover return shipping costs only in these cases:

  • Incorrect item received (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Factory defects (must report within 48 hours of delivery)

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service at aftersales@forthehours.com for return authorization
  2. Include with your return request:
    • Order number
    • Full name
  3. Include with your return after request is granted:
    1. Order number
    2. Full name
    3. Tracking number
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  5. For exchanges, new item prices will be recalculated as needed

  • Customer responsible for warranty shipping costs

Return Instructions

  1. Contact our service team for authorization
  2. Package item carefully in original box with all documentation
  3. Include original receipt and any relevant documentation
  4. Ship to provided return address (customer responsible for shipping label & insurance)

Exclusions

  • Custom engraved and custom built watches
  • Limited edition pieces
  • Final sale items

Processing Timeline

  • Returns typically process within 2-3 weeks of receipt
  • Confirmation email sent after processing
  • Refunds appear in bank account within 2-10 business days
  • Processing time may vary by bank

Custom and engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

FORTHEHOURS reserves the right to make final decisions on all return and warranty claims.
